45 minute session: $225 (CPT code 90834)

I am out-of-network with all insurance plans. Depending on your health insurance plan, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for out-of-network costs. A great place to start is to call the customer service number for your insurance and take the following steps to verify your coverage:

1) Ask your insurance about your out-of-network reimbursement rate for mental health therapy. They may ask for the CPT code (CPT code 90834).

2) Check if there is a deductible you must pay before they will start to reimburse you.

3) Confirm when your contract year starts, because this is when your deductible resets each year.

I will provide you with an emailed Superbill at the start of each month for all the services from the previous month. This will have all the information you need to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if you do have out-of-network coverage.
